Where do I start?
Contact our wedding department at lovebysenator@senatorhr.com or through the different forms on our website. Our "Love" team is made up of experts completely at your disposal to make your wedding a dream come true.
How many months in advance should I book the wedding?
The Caribbean has become one of the favorite destinations of lovers and more and more requests are received every month. For this reason, once you plan to join the love of your life, contact us to check date availability at least 30 days in advance.
How do I book my wedding date?
A us$250 deposit paid via credit card and/or bank transfer is required to set aside the date, which will be deducted from your final bill upon arrival at the hotel.
What is the price of wedding coordination services?
Our packages include all personalized support from a specialist.
What is the difference between symbolic, civil and religious weddings?
The symbolic ceremony is held by ministers without legal denomination. These type of ceremonies are usually chosen by those who legally married at their place of origin or plan to do so after the ceremony. No documentation required. 

The civil (legal) ceremony is officiated by a civil registry judge. The certificate of marriage is valid worldwide and an apostille is required to be legalized in your home country. For more information regarding legal procedures, please contact your wedding coordinator.

How many weddings per day are held at the hotel?
We celebrate a maximum of 2 weddings per day, to be able to offer the attention that couples deserve on one of the most important days of their life.
Is it possible that one of my guests is the minister of my wedding?
Yes, please inform the wedding coordinator in advance to make arrangements.
How many days in advance should I be in the Dominican Republic if I'm getting married in a civil ceremony?
The couple and their witnesses must arrive in the country at least 2 working days before the date of the ceremony (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as work). The day of arrival or the day of the ceremony is not counted to meet the wedding coordinator to deliver all the documents and final details of the wedding.
What if it rains?
We have a policy of blocking a roofed space that can function as a plan B. Your wedding coordinator is always reviewing the weather forecast to support a change decision if necessary.
Why do I have to pay for dinner, if I'm paying for an All-Inclusive hotel?
Please note that the room rate includes unlimited access to a la carte restaurants, buffet and bars within established opening hours. However, private events require a private area, assembly, menu and increased number of staff. Therefore, these events require an additional payment.
Can I bring my own decoration for the wedding?
Yes, but keep in mind that you will need to assign someone to place them since our decorators are third-party suppliers and will not be available at the hotel unless you're hiring their services.
Do I get a discount or refund for unused services in the package?
The packages were designed to give them the best rate altogether. Therefore, all amenities and services included in the package are non-refundable or interchangeable by any other product or service. We have customized packages tailored to your needs, so we recommend starting with the most basic depending on the number of guests and, from there, choosing the services you want from our additional service menu.
Can I bring my provider? Please note I am not sure what is meant by “proveedor.”
Yes, it's possible. Please inform the wedding coordinator in advance so that they will report the corresponding charge for the right of admission.
