Now even more, we join your concern for our collective health, and we have put in place new and reinforced protocols of hygienization that allow everyone to enjoy our facilities and have a safe stay.

Temporary protocol
We reinforce the daily cleaning protocol of your room with special emphasis on switches, door locks, bedside tables, TV control and headboards. All our cleaning products will be supplemented with disinfectant.
We’ll reduce amenities to prevent contagious elements, and everything will be at your disposal at reception if you need anything.

We reinforce the jobs necessary to guarantee our guests’ safety and protect our staff under all health regulations. In addition, we have a rigorous procedure with the tests for the detection of Covid-19. We also protect our staff through EPIS.

You will find approved hydroalcoholic gel dispensers for mandatory use in most areas of our establishments.


Temporary protocol
We will have a designated staff that will disinfect each sunbed and lounge chair after each use. Sunbeds and lounge chairs will be located at least 1.5 m apart. At the end of the day, the pool area will undergo a thorough disinfection process.


Temporary protocol

All our food products will be served by a professional at the buffet or will be served in individual portions to avoid contact. In the restaurant, we will leave a free table between diners that guarantees a safe space.

We will divide the Kids Clubs by age, prioritize outdoor activities and avoid physical contact. All the material used in the activities will undergo a thorough cleaning and hygiene process. As soon as possible, we will offer you again the usual animation.

Will online check-in be mandatory?
Online check-in will be mandatory, with the aim of avoiding waiting at reception, reducing contact procedures and speeding up entry. Check-in can be performed from any cell phone or computer.
Will the All-Inclusive items be reduced?
No, the All-Inclusive regime will not be reduced with the new health and cleaning protocols. It will simply change the way we serve it. A new buffet-circuit concept will be established with preset routes to avoid crosses and with controlled capacity. The buffets will be self-service with individual portions (single touch) or will be assisted by the kitchen staff (show cooking). In all cases, hygienic measures shall be extremely extreme.

The quality and variety of our products and, above all, of our brands will not be affected, nor will the service in the Beach Bars and Snack Bars, where the necessary lines will be established to keep a safe distance when served.
What will the animation activities look like?
The activities will be reinforced with smaller groups, by stretches of age and using the dynamics of outdoors and without contact between the participants, while maintaining the essence of our motto "Animation always in your heart". All material will be disinfected by our staff after each use.
Will masks be used on the hotel premises?
Yes, the use of masks will be mandatory in the enclosed spaces of the hotel, although it will not be necessary between people of the same family group. This recommendation will be subject to current regulations at all times.
What payment methods will be accepted?
We will accept all forms of payment that our guests know, although for security reasons we will recommend the use of credit card or room charge to avoid handling cash as much as possible.
What brands are used in cleaning products?
We use certified products of international prestige and specifically products of these effective brands against a wide spectrum of pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and yeasts. They are safe for people, surfaces and the environment.
